We don't lock you into any long-term fees for a content management system. The only ongoing fee you will be charged is your monthly hosting fee of $14.95, which includes phone support if you need help.

We've analyzed many content management systems. Most of them are developed by small companies and have idiosyncrasies that cause glitches, images to load improperly, etc. We've chosen to use Contribute made by Adobe. Adobe is the largest graphic software developer in the world. They have developed programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. Contribute is an inexpensive investment in a long-term solution. With Contribute, you can assign different levels of adminstration (administrator, publisher, writer). If you want to assign a certain portion of the site to be maintained by one person and another section by another person, their changes will be automatically submitted to the administrator of the site to approve before the changes go live. Other sections of our site are maintained through a web administrator's control panel (poll, podcasting, calendar entries, etc.)

We also walk you through the initial set-up and usage for the most common features when your site is ready to go live. This is done with a "live person" during your phone tutorial.

Our content management system is specifically designed for a non-technical person to use. If you can use Microsoft Word or Publisher, you can easily maintain your website. There is also a 30-day free trial of Contribute available.

Yes, adding pages is as simple as navigating to a page you want to copy, rename it and add your new content. We walk through this process during your phone tutorial.

Most sites are up within 4 to 6 weeks. Most of this is depends on if we are waiting on content from you. Most of our clients prefer for us to add "generic" text that will work for most of your ministries. This makes it easier for you to tweak your content and add any special items.

The only other fee is your monthly hosting charge of $14.95 per month. There is also a charge each time you use the e-newsletter feature. If you want to send out an e-newsletter campaign, there is a charge of $7.50 plus .02 per e-mail address that you send to. If you send to 200 recipients, your charge would be $11.50.

If you haven't registered your domain name, we can walk you through the process. However, you do not register your domain name with us. If you already have a domain name, we can help you with taking the steps so that your new site is available on the www when using your URL.

Our standard hosting package comes with 500 MB of storage space. This is usually adequate except for sites that want to keep large inventories of sermon audio or video files. We can help you with inexpensive storage space should you need it.

Yes, we can add the database for you or give you access to a control panel if you are more technically advanced.

Yes, we offer extensive site reporting available at no extra charge.

Your custom site includes e-mail addresses at your domain name. You can also check e-mail anywhere via a web browser.
